Event staging hire on the Gold Coast & Brisbane. Events Fantastic carries the rigging, drape and set hardware that holds an event together — truss and uprights, pipe and drape, stage stairs, lecterns and the lighting that makes it all read from the back of the room. It is the gear guests never notice and the event cannot happen without.
Our adjustable uprights run from 0.9m right up to 6m, with cross bars in 1.5m, 3m, 3.5m and 4m widths, round and square baseplates, spigots from 15cm to 40cm, and 10kg shot bags to keep everything honest. Lycra truss socks in black and white dress the hardware so the structure becomes part of the styling, and circular truss covers are available in 11m, 14m and 17m.
Pipe and drape kits, Jands curtain tab track, ceiling drape and drape circles in 3m and 4m heights let you reshape a room without touching the venue. Illuminated stage stairs, illuminated LED Tivoli stage stairs and white curved Tivoli stairs give speakers and performers an entrance worth watching. Perspex lecterns in two sizes suit conferences and awards nights, and our giant and medium gold crystal chandeliers hang over the room as the centrepiece everything else is arranged around.
LED wall wash strip lights on DMX and RGBWA+UV LED strip lighting wash colour across walls, truss and drape. Silent disco sets and scent equipment are also available for events that want the atmosphere to work on more than one sense.
